PLANNING YOUR INTERNATIONAL RELOCATION

ONE
Contact us as soon you know you are relocating overseas to arrange an initial consultation so we can asses the volume and discuss in person the logistics of your move.

TWO
A quotation for your international move will be sent to you for approval. It will detail Marine Shipping Insurance and the different freight options.

THREE
Upon acceptance of the quotation, we will need various copies of documents, subject to which country you are going to.

FOUR
Once a date has been confirmed, we will prepare for your removal and send you a confirmation letter with an international move plan. This will detail the logistics of your relocation whether it be by road, sea or air. A timeframe will be set out and customs regulations which are specific to the consignments destination are highlighted.

FIVE
The consignment will be export packed and pieces that are particularly high value or fragile are crated in preparation for shipping.

SIX
To prepare your consignment for shipping, we will inventory and carefully pack and load. We will keep you fully updated on the progress of the shipment from this point onwards.

SEVERN
When the container has arrived at its destination port and cleared customs, it will be transported and delivered to your address.
INTERNATIONAL REMOVALS TIMEFRAME
We can organise your international removal via air, sea or road; depending on the location of your delivery address and the timings you are working towards.
Airfreight, for those more urgent deliveries, can be delivered worldwide between 3 and 7 days.
